Bay & Barn, they aren't just another vendor or contractor. When you sign contracts with Bay & Barn you're singing up for so much more. You're signing to breath, to relax, to enjoy your event, you're signing for you and your sanity. Bay & Barn helped me with my wedding and I am so eternally grateful for their help and friendship. Mariah took the lead on everything all the way up until the day of. She maintained contact with my vendors, sought out the small or missed details that were so crucial to my big day. She ensured her team knew my vision and had the necessary tools to execute it.
Alyssa and Audrey, can we say A team y'all? I mean yeah their names start with A but honestly it wouldn't have been possible without them! From Alyssa's attention to detail and care with setting the room up and ensuring my tables were at peak gorgeousness to Audrey taking the lead for my big day and making decisions she knew I no longer had the scope to make during such a monumentous day (don't worry she knew my tastes and desires and made sure to meet as well as exceed them!).
Audrey took the lead for the day so Mariah could be the proper guest she was. Her care to keep things running smoothly was a much needed balm to my frazzled nerves on such a big day. My gift table was even more gorgeous than I'd thought possible thanks to her artistic eye and quick thinking. She made sure my music played properly changing songs at the right moment and stopping them when needed. She over saw clean up and ensured everything got returned to where it belonged. Not once did she come to me and ask, she knew where I stood and the vision I had in mind and she made it happen despite the hiccups.
Don't worry though even as a guest Mariah made sure to shine through with her care as well. When a vendor order was discovered to have gone south she stepped in and confirmed what I had requested, told me the problem and without a second breath immediately made sure I knew she was on it. The situation was not one that could be fixed sadly but she made sure when it was over I was at least settled with the outcome and not wallowing In sadness and frustration on such an important day.
I truly could not be happier with my experience (s) with Bay & Barn and the wonderful team that helped me on my wedding day. I could not have done it without them and now I'll have memories I'll never forget or want to forget thanks to them. Thank you Bay & Barn for your hard work, dedication and your friendship.

"Choosing Bay & Barn for our day of coordinators for our wedding last month was the best decision we've made! From the moment we had a consultation call with Mariah it was like a breath of fresh air. She immediately did all she could to learn about us as a couple & what our dream wedding day would look like. We decided to get a day of coordinator only a month away from our wedding date & Mariah instantly jumped right into helping us, and lifted a huge weight off of our shoulders.
She was thinking about things that we would have never even begun to think of to help everything go smoothly the day of. She is also great at responding, at all times of the day!!
Mariah & Audrey were on site with us the day of and were absolutely amazing. We had an outdoor ceremony, and even with constant off and on rain, and having to pull guests inside & back outside, they both made sure we had our dream ceremony outside. Any time a problem came up they silently handled it without stressing us with anything, and did so perfectly. We were never without food or drink the whole day with them, and they were both checking up on us throughout the entire night asking if we needed anything. They were both so easy to talk to and everyone at my wedding loved them!! The day was everything I could have dreamed of and NONE of it would have been possible without the help of these two! They truly felt like family by the end of the day. We cannot say thank you enough!"

"Mariah & Audrey at Bay & Barn are fantastic. Mariah had been attentive and proactive throughout the planning process, but they really shined on the day of the wedding. They jumped right into helping make sure everything was set up (memory table, ceremony chairs that needed to be adjusted, etc), communicated with the other vendors efficiently, and took a whole load of stress off of me. "We had such a good experience with Mariah and her team. We choose to do the Daisy package. I wanted a stress free wedding and that is what I received. From the moment Mariah came aboard, she handle speaking with the vendors and asking questions that we never thought about. Her team allowed a smooth wedding day and handle all the small details during the wedding. As we were in line to start the ceremony, I realized I forgot my earrings and her team ran back and brought me my earrings before we started. I noticed them refilling low items and helping with clean up throughout the night. We highly recommend getting a wedding coordinator. We didn't have to worry about managing what time to do things as they guided us smoothly. You will not have to worry about vendors not showing up or not having the correct items, they will handle all that and more! We can't thank them enough for allowing us to have a stress free day!"

"We can not recommend Bay & Barn enough! They have now done 2 different events for us and each time exceeded expectations! They did our Bridal shower “something blue before I do” and it was absolutely amazing, we couldn’t have asked for more, by doing everything from designing it to including little things we wanted to see incorporated with out having to put thought into it because they did it all for us! we still have guest talking about it how they loved all the little details that were included! We recently reached out to Bay & Barn again for a last minute birthday party we wanted to bring to life and with only days notice they once again delivered more than we could have even asked for with how much time and detail was included! They are very friendly and so easy to work with they take the time to listen to all your ideas(even if your like me and are all over the place with ideas) and they exceed expectations when bringing those dreams and ideas to life!
