At Bay & Barn Event Planning, we believe the people behind the timeline matter just as much as the timeline itself. Our team is made up of organized, calm, hardworking individuals who genuinely care about creating an experience that feels seamless, supportive, and memorable for every couple we work with.

 

We’re the people fluffing dresses before the aisle walk, fixing last minute problems before anyone notices, keeping vendors aligned, carrying décor, calming nerves, adjusting timelines in real time, and making sure you actually get to enjoy your wedding day instead of managing it. What makes our team different is that we don’t believe in a “that’s not my job” mindset. We step in where needed, adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and work together to keep the entire day flowing smoothly from start to finish. Whether you’re working with a lead coordinator, assistant coordinator, or support team member, every person at Bay & Barn is chosen intentionally for their professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to show up with both confidence and compassion. We’re here to be the calm in the chaos, while bringing your vision to life with care, structure, and heart.

Mariah

Hey, I’m Mariah! 

 

I’m the owner and founder of Bay & Barn Event Planning.

 

I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur, and I knew whatever business I built had to make people feel something. I wanted to create something meaningful, something that genuinely made a difference in people’s lives. The problem was, for years, I just couldn’t figure out what that was supposed to look like.

 

After helping several friends with their weddings, assisting with planning, designing, vendor communication, timelines, emotional support, and day of coordination, I realized how much I genuinely loved it. I was the type-A friend answering vendor questions while getting my own hair done, printing last minute signage, fixing problems before anyone else noticed them, and making sure everything stayed on schedule.

 

It came naturally and it made me realize there was a reason people trusted me during some of the biggest and most emotional moments of their lives. I thrived in the pressure, the logistics, the creativity, the problem solving, and the emotions behind it all. I loved being the person who could bring calm to chaos while helping create meaningful experiences people would remember forever.

Today, Bay & Barn is more than just a business to me. It’s something I’ve poured my heart into creating. My goal is to help couples feel supported, understood, organized, and genuinely able to enjoy one of the biggest moments of their lives without carrying the weight of it all on their shoulders.

 

I care deeply about the experience my clients have, not just the wedding day itself. I want people to feel calm, cared for, and confident knowing someone is fully in their corner every step of the way.

Audrey

Hey, I'm Audrey!​

​

I have over five years of experience working in catering and hospitality. I developed a strong ability to stay organized, work efficiently under pressure and create positive experiences for guests. Through my experience, I also found how much I really enjoy being apart of events and helping everything come together behind the scenes. 

​

I love the excitement, teamwork and creativity that comes with weddings. Being part of such a meaningful moment for couples and their families is something  I really enjoy. Being apart of the team that is helping create celebrations, and keep everything running smooth, organized and stress free is an amazing feeling. 

​

Whether I'm assisting with setup, maintaining timelines, supporting vendors, or stepping in wherever needed throughout the day, I always bring a calm dependable and detail oriented presence to every event. I believe the smallest details make the biggest impact.

I value reliability, communication, adaptability and being part of a supportive team that works together to create memorable experiences for every client. I'm always eager to continue learning, growing and building my experience within the wedding and events industry while helping bring each couples vision to life.

Tiffani

Hi, I’m Tiffani!

I’m a creative, hardworking, and people-oriented professional who genuinely enjoys being part of meaningful experiences and helping things come together behind the scenes. I pride myself on being dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and someone who always brings positive energy wherever I go.

​

Although I originally began assisting with weddings through a friendship and simply helping where needed, I quickly realized how much I truly enjoy the fast-paced environment, teamwork, creativity, and excitement that comes with events and celebrations. Planning my own wedding has also given me an even deeper appreciation for the details, emotions, and effort that go into creating memorable experiences for couples and their families.

Outside of weddings and events, I have a huge passion for cooking and hope to one day own my own food truck and storefront business. I love opportunities that allow me to connect with people, be creative, and create experiences that leave a lasting impression.

I’m always eager to learn, grow, and continue building new skills while being part of a supportive and hardworking team.

Hi, I'm Jackie!

 

With years of experience as a dedicated homeschool mom and co-op leader, I have developed a strong passion for building community, organizing meaningful events, and creating experiences that bring people together. Over the years, I have coordinated educational programs, family activities, group events, and schedules, all while balancing the many moving parts that come with leading and supporting a community focused environment.

Whether coordinating events, managing details behind the scenes, or helping ensure everything runs smoothly, I genuinely enjoy bringing structure and calm to busy environments while creating memorable experiences for others.

​

Joining the wedding and events industry feels like a natural extension of the work I have already spent years doing, serving people, managing logistics, and helping create meaningful moments. I am passionate about creating experiences that feel organized, intentional, and stress-free, while making sure clients and guests feel supported every step of the way.

I value strong communication, reliability, creativity, and attention to detail, and I love being part of a team that works together to bring a vision to life. Being able to contribute to such important moments in people’s lives is something I truly enjoy, and I look forward to continuing to grow within the events industry while helping create celebrations that families and couples will always remember.
