What exactly does a day-of coordinator do?

Everything you don't want to think about on your wedding day, as well as final confirmations leading up to your day. I manage your timline, vendors, setup and transitions while problem solving so you can be present and enjoying your day.

When do you start working with us?

I typically start 30 days in advance, the first step is a detailed call with you to get a full understanding of your wedding details and vision, then I have a call with all of your vendors to compare the details and communicate any changes.

Do I really need a day-of coordinator?

A DOC(Day Of Coordinator) is highly suggested. The peace of mind of answering to one person on your wedding day instead of all of your vendors is priceless.

What’s the difference between a day-of coordinator and a venue coordinator?

A venue coordinator works for the venue specifically, a hired DOC would work for you! They manage the venue, DOC would manage your day.

Do you help with the timeline?

Absolutely. If you haven't already worked on a rought draft we can do it together! The timeline is typically tweaked as needed during the vendor calls as well.

Will you contact my vendors?

Absolutely, after the initial call with you I reach out to each vendor to compare the details and ensure there are no discrepancies.

Do you handle decor setup and breakdown?

Decor setup and breakdown is available as an add-on service. In the standard DOC package I offer oversight to ensure that the process is completed to your expectations but I do not personally handle the setup/breakdown unless the add-on is purchased.

What if something goes wrong?

That’s literally what I do, I fix the problems before you know about them.

How many weddings do you take per day?

One, you get my full attention the day of your wedding!

Do you offer partial or full planning too?

I do! I also offer custom packages to fit every couples needs.

Where are you located and how far do you travel?

I'm located in Maryland. We travel up to an hour before travel fee's apply. We're willing to travel all over the US!

When is payment due?

A non-refundable retainer is due to hold your date, after that we accept payments plans based on your total balance divided by the number of months until your wedding, with the last payment being due 4 weeks before your wedding date.

How do we book you?

We also schedule a consult to get to know each other and make sure we are good fit. You can reach me through my submission form on my website or any of my social media pages.

Can I customize a package?

You sure can! No two weddings are exactly the same, we have standard packages but always open for custom packages as well.
